Who we are

BizzYard is operated by All things digital AS, org. no. 934 384 962, Norway. All things digital AS is the data controller for the personal data processed in this service. You can reach us at natasha@dinkonsulent.com.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address, name and the profile details you choose to share — such as what you are looking for, your interests, your LinkedIn profile, and optional company information (name, logo, website and description). We also store content you create in the service, such as questions in rooms, interests you express in other businesses, invitations and room reminders.

Why we use it

We use this data to run the service: to let you sign in, show your profile and company to other members, connect you with businesses you are interested in, and send you account emails such as confirmation and password recovery. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your information

Your profile and company information is visible to other signed-in members. If you block a member, they can no longer see your profile, company or questions, and you cannot see theirs.

Storage and deletion

Your data is stored securely in our cloud backend within the EU/EEA. You can pause your profile at any time from settings, which hides it from other members. You can also delete your account from settings — this removes your profile and the content connected to it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Contact us at natasha@dinkonsulent.com and we will help you. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
